ANDERS is an organic alcohol-free Pale Ale at 0.5% ABV, with a soft body and pale straw colour. New Zealand Motueka hops bring tropical fruit, citrus and berry notes.

Wheat bran, another purpose
We brew ANDERS with leftover wheat bran from flour production, giving this sidestream another use alongside malted barley and oats.
Serving & pairing
Try it with fish, chicken, greens or a light lunch. We suggest serving at 5–7 °C in a clean beer glass.

Making more of our resources
Flavour is our starting point. At BRØL, we brew our beers with leftover wheat bran from flour production. Our brewery practices also include reusing spent yeast and hops, and capturing CO₂.
