SQUARE is an organic alcohol-free IPA with bold hop character from Citra and Mosaic. Fresh citrus notes, with hops taking the lead.

Ingredients with a story

This beer is brewed with leftover wheat bran from flour production—an ingredient we give another use in brewing, with flavour as our starting point.

It is part of BRØL’s circular approach. In the brewery, we also reuse yeast and hops from brewing and capture CO₂. Practical steps towards making better use of ingredients and resources.

Pairs with

Try it with crisp fried dishes, spicy food or a rich sandwich. Bold hops and fresh citrus notes provide a contrast to rich flavours—with 0.5% alcohol.

Suggested serving

Serve at 5–7 °C in a tulip glass or a clean beer glass.
