Collaboration with our friends from Japanese Restaurant Damindra using their surplus rice.
We chose this style for the rice surplus because of the uniqueness of Belgium Saison’s – it uses regular brewers yeast and wild yeast together. An example of taming the wilderness to achieve unique tastes, similar to Japanese cuisine, which tames rice, wild and raw ingredients to achieve amazing experience and taste.

It is especially well-suited to pairing with food. Beer is robust enough to take on full flavored dishes, but are is light enough to quench your thirst. The complex blend of yeasty fruit and spice complements a wide range of dishes from spicy Asian and grilled Middle-Eastern. Of course goes particularly well with Japanese cuisine
