Kiwit is inspired by Belgian wit beers. We used a generous amount of Pilsner and Wheat malts, hopped with Citra hops and added macerated kiwi pure into the boiling, instead of usual bitter oranges. Dry-hopped with Chinook and fermented to crispiness with Belgian Wit yeast and with another addition of kiwi pure.
