Hemp Kombucha is thicker then other ones, flowery and citrus nose together with a nutty aroma and flavor. At the back of the palette there is some pleasant funkiness that can be found in hemp’s cousin marijuana.
Back in the days Hemp used to be everything to us- our food, drinks, clothes, packaging, ropes etc etc. Its an amazing and versatile plant from cannabis family.
For this kombucha we used dried flowers and leaves and leftover seeds from hemp flour production. Produce in collaboration with @bornholmerhampen
